The financial group TBI Bulgaria will support the football championship during the next three years, Focus agency announced, quoting the President of PFL Valentin Mihov. The change of the sponsor of “A” group is surprising, because the former sponsor – “Zagorka” brewery, has an agreement with PFL till June 2006. The doubts that the relationships have done away with also sound strange, as there has never been any indications for a bad collaboration. "Zagorka" assumed the support of the championship at the beginning of 2003, and during the summer same year it signed an agreement for sponsoring “A” group till the end of season 2005/06 with the option of extension with 5 more years. "After a three-month engagement we contracted a marriage for 3 years. It can be extended for 5 more years", said Mihov at announcing the transaction. Though namely Mihov announced the forthcoming “divorce”. The Israel holding TBIH Financial Services Group N.V. is at the Bulgarian market from 10 years and at present they hold “Bulstrad” Insurance Company, “Doverie” Pension Fund and many other credit and leasing funds through their daughter company TBI Bulgaria.
