The Executive committee of BFU decided that clubs should declare for foreign referees 15 days before the match

The Executive Committee of BFU accepted a requirement, that the clubs, which desire foreign referees for their matches should declare this 15 days before the match, a reporter from Focus Agency announced. Besides, the ones who desire referees from abroad to lead their matches should pay in advance the necessary amount at handling their application in BFU. According to UEFA regulations the foreign referees cost about BGN 20 000 for a match.
The Executive Committee decided to remove five referees from the rank list of "А" group. Except the well-known names of Momchil Vraikov and Dimitar Dimitrov are also removed Dimcho Radev from Varna, Petar Stoyanov and Ivailo Bozev both from Plovdiv. The last three are removed for a year. Angel Beriakov and Stefan Spasov are with “last notice”, but remain in the elite.
Another decision of the Executive Committee is to enter into "А" group list another new 12 referees. The number of the referees in the elite reached 25. The new names are Petar Tonchev, Ivailo Stoyanov, Sevgin Adem, Georgi Yordanov, Ivailo Petrov, Ivan Angelov, Vladimir Valkov, Stanislav Stavrev, Ventsislav Koznichki, Atanas Dimitrov, Radoslav Stanev and Georgi Kabakov. They are added to Anton Genov, Hristo Ristoskov, Tsvetan Georgiev, Stanislav Todorov, Alexander Kostadinov, Angel Beryakov, Angel Angelov, Ahmed Ahmed, Kolio Danev, Nikolai Yordanov, Martin Bogdev, Stefan Spasov and Stoyan Aleksiev. The thirty-three delegates will observe their activities.
