Richard Worth Appointed CEO of SPORTFIVE Group
SPORTFIVE announces new management structure

Paris / 18th September 2007 – Olivier Guiguet, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Lagardère Sports has appointed Richard Worth (50) as the new CEO of the SPORTFIVE Group.
With effect from October 1st 2007 Richard Worth will take over the duties and responsibilities which were transitionally handled by Olivier Guiguet and Stéphane Schindler (Chief Operating Officer, Lagardère Sports). Both will now concentrate on their functions at Lagardère Sports, the Lagardère division into
which SPORTFIVE has been incorporated. Richard Worth is the former Chief Executive Officer of Team Marketing AG, the Switzerland-based
sports agency which manages the commercial rights for the UEFA Champions League, European soccer’s top clubs competition. Prior to the ten years Richard Worth spent with Team Marketing AG, he was with the London-based British commercial broadcaster ITV for 20 years, supervising much of ITV’s sports programming in his capacity as Executive Producer. Richard Worth’s appointment is the next major step in the management restructuring SPORTFIVE is undertaking on its path to becoming a worldwide and undisputed leader in the sports industry.
